Starting as an oil and gas land acquisition company, Pioneer has the novelty of being the first land company to evolve into a full-fledged environmental and engineering service company with expertise in environmental planning, native consultation, environmental auditing, engineering, ground-water remediation, soil remediation, and reclamation.  We also boast to be one of few land acquisition and environmental consulting companies that holds a complete permit to practice in engineering and geology.
