Pioneer Professional Services Group has the experience and expertise required to ensure your oil sands exploration (OSE) program proceeds efficiently, sustainably and meets regulatory requirements.  Pioneer offers the following services:

• Land and Mineral Acquisition – Negotiate OSE and other disposition occupant agreements, consents, 3rd party and crossing agreements, etc.
• Planning - Prepare Crown oil sands exploration (OSE) plan including project description and environmental components and facilitate the approval process for the application, complete Environmental Field Reports (EFRs) for observation wells, access roads, campsites, etc., and obtain all necessary regulatory approvals (Municipal, Water Act, DFO, etc.)
• Development – Pioneer field staff can supervise construction and drilling of OSE leases to ensure environmental and reclamation requirements are met
• Reclamation - Complete site assessments, make reclamation recommendations and prepare reclamation certificate applications

• Pioneer has participated in OSE programs in the Ft. McMurray, Cold Lake and Peace River regions of Alberta and within northwest Saskatchewan 
• Multidisciplinary team including Land Agents and Administrators, Biologists, Agrologists, Engineers, and Geologists
